Tour Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all of our tours. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time and we will provide a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your trip’s scheduled check-in time are subject to a full charge.
All transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars – $. We do not process foreign currency and are not in control of conversion rates. All website bookings are charged in full at the time of booking unless your trip is more than 90 days in the future.
